Can a 2022 Mac Pro 14 inch (latest) laptop connect with iMAC 27 inch - 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015 models. I want to use the Mac Pro with an external monitor for bigger screensize . Which 27 inch iMAC models are compatible.

+1, A 2021 (No such thing as a 2022 MBP) is simply too new to use with any iMac in Target Display Mode. Please read:

Rather than investing in expensive cabling (about $90) why not simply buy an external display (they start at $100) and use that as your external display for your MBP. Rather trying to force dead technology to work, why not invest in a simple solution that is designed to do what you need, have a reliable external display for your MBP(s). Please remember that Macs were NEVER designed to be external displays for other devices.

iMAC I can get a 2011 , 2012 , 2013 or mid 2014 but I have already bought a MACpro2022 model (latest), so will this not work because you say Mac Pro has to be 2019 or earlier.
