Seting up bootcamp on MBP 2013 ?

Hi, I have a late 2013 MBP with Quad core Intel i5 and 16gb ram and 1tb SSD.

It is a Retina display model.

I want to know if I can setup boot camp on this computer ?

It so what do I need to do ?

What File systems do I need to use ?

I want to use 500gb partitions.

What Version MacOS operating systems can I use ?

I already have macOS Big Sur installed on a 500gb partition.

I have the other 500gb partition formatted with exfat.

I don't see an option to format the 500gb exfat partition in NTFS.

Or do I need to partition the 500gbs in NTFS first and install Windows and then

install MacOS after I install Windows ?

What is the best MacOS filesystem to use for this dual boot computer ?

Thanks in advanced.
