My iPhone has been hacked

My ex physically incarcerated has infiltrated my phone and sites, passwords, money, emails, everything. I am trying to find out if he has been on my apple account. No one is approved to us it.

he has fraudulent charges on my bank account and business also. Any insight about anything on my phone that apple controls would so be very appreciated. Sincerely, Kimberly G.

If I am understanding your question, Apple controls the keychain that stores your passwords that you use to access the various apps, such as your banking app.
