Why does my videos I record while using CarPlay to play my music breaks up? I only notice when I go to replay the video.

iOS 16.2 Gapless Playback Is anyone else having issues with gapless playback on iOS 16.2 (I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, if that's relevant). Every couple of songs in a gapless album, I'll get a moment of silence between tracks that's really annoying when the songs are supposed to flow smoothly into each other. The issue was in 15.4 and also a few years back, so it's annoying that it keeps coming back.

video only exports about 25% of it's length... Hey All, i've been exporting a music video and after the 5th pass or so now, the video is only exporting a maximum of 1:33. the total length is around 5 minutes. Ive checked all preferences, settings, etc. Any ideas why this is happening? For reference im exporting to "Apple Devices 720" . Mainly so i can view and share primarily on iPhone as a demo. Some songs not downloading in lossless quality in Apple Music for iPhone I just noticed that some of the songs that I downloaded in my library aren't downloaded in lossless quality even though I have lossless downloads turned on. When I erase these songs from my library and stream them using internet they play in lossless quality, and the difference when listening to them is pretty noticeable. I've tried downloading these songs again after deleting them and being able to stream them with lossless audio, but they downloaded in bad quality again. Why is this happening? (In the first picture, a downloaded song, the lossless badge is missing. In the second pictured, the same song being streamed with wi-fi, showing the lossless badge)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We want to help with issues when recording videos using the device that’s connected to your CarPlay.

To clarify, is the audio in the video recording playback “bad” or is it the audio (such as music) playing through your device once the video is done being recorded?

We would recommend checking out the solutions in If you need help with CarPlay. Specifically, make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version and check your connection (wired or bluetooth).
