Slow loading email

Since I updated to 15.3.1 my emails get stuck loading. It takes about a minute for them to load. If I follow a link out of email and then try to go back to Mail it gets stuck on Back and I have to wait for it to load. I’ve tried everything to solve this and nothing works. Even turning off and on doesn’t work and we all know that’s the quick fix. You need a new update to fix this problem. I never encountered this with any other update. Before this, loading was lightning quick.

can't open links in my email Since I did the latest update I cannot any longer open links in my email that were at one time able to be opened. These are trusted and well used sites that I use to be able to open their links. Does anyone have any solutions?

Mail don't load graphics in Ventura When I receive an email with graphics, in Mail, it loads with a question mark. The same email opened in Safari has the pictures.
