It isn’t letting me back up on my new phone. I have talked to 2 ladies from Team Mobile and I have no luck. But my phone says I have no SIM card in it.

How do I back up all photos, phone numbers, etc in my new phone?

Phone Backup

Transfer to new phone.

(You must have a SIM in the new phone to activate it)
