Speakers are quieter than normal

I have an iPad pro 2020 version and the two speakers on the right hand side of the ipad sound quieter than the left ones, I checked and there's nothing stuck in the speakers so I'm not sure what to do as it's making the ipad sound weird.

Hello there Gamergirl2022,

We see you're curious about your iPad Pro speakers sounding different in comparison to the opposite set of speakers, so let's see if the following information may point to what could be causing that.

For starters, it's always best to be sure you have the latest iPadOS version installed to make sure that's not contributing to what you're experiencing. If you see an update is available, be sure to create a backup prior to installing. The following steps will help with updating, if needed, and can be found here: Update iPadOS

Update iPad manually

When you update to the latest version of iPadOS, your data and settings remain unchanged.

Before you update, set up iPad to back up automatically, or back up your iPad manually.

At any time, you can check for and install software updates.

Go to Settings  > General > Software Update.

The screen shows the currently installed version of iPadOS and whether an update is available.

To turn off automatic updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates.

If an update isn't available, let's see if the steps of the next resource may help with clearing up what you're hearing. Be sure to work through each step just to rule out the possibility of it being related: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Lastly, let's confirm that your iPad screen isn't rotated when you experience this. If you see that this occurs when rotating your iPad screen, be sure that Rotation Lock is disabled as the audio adjusts to play through certain speakers according to the audio that is being played. For more information on this, check out the following steps found here: Rotate the screen on your iPad

How to rotate the screen on your iPad

1. Make sure that Rotation Lock is off: Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center. Then tap the Rotation Lock button to make sure it's off.
2. Turn your iPad sideways.

If the screen still doesn't rotate, try a different app like Safari or Messages, which work in landscape mode, and check to see if your iPad has a side switch.

If none of that helps out, could you provide more details on the difference between the audio?

Have a great day!
