Autocorrect is broken turning simple words like you into “tou”

My autocorrect is driving me crazy turning simple words spelled correctly like you into “tou” for example - many others that are too annoying to address all here.. I’m multilingual but surely this shouldn’t prevent me from typing in different languages and for autocorrect to work independently in each? It’s driving me crazy rn
