Identity verification for Apple Card with passport, without Sate ID or Drivers License

I understand the eligibility criteria.

I am 18 years or older
I am a lawful US resident with Legal address.
I do not have a Driver License or State-issued photo ID. I have a passport because I am not a U.S. Citizen, but I am a resident. I also have a US issued SSN. And utility bills to further prove my address.

I am looking for a simple yes or no answer. Will my application for an Apple Credit Card / Apple Cash be considered using my passport, SSN and utility bills as verification?

A passport will probably not work but no harm in trying. The automated application and approval system is not setup for passports. It won’t hurt to try.

You should be able to get a State ID without any issue.
