Has anyone else continued to receive charges for apps. on a regular basis when apps aren't being used? We have also requested refund after refund and haven't received money back. I am not talking ten or twenty dollars... I am talking HUNDREDS!

You need to cancel the subscriptions you no longer want. Deleting the app or simply not using it does NOT magically result in not being charged for any active subscriptions.
