deleting an Apple Music subscription

hello! I can't change the region due to the unfinished subscription period for the Apple Music app. Is it possible to delete it?

Apple Music subscription today my Apple Music family subscription was renewed again. I want to change the region and country but it doesn’t let me until I delete Apple Music subscription. I unsubscribed from this service however it was paid today so the app usage is expired on 18.07.2021. But I want to stop using it now so I can change the regions and country.
