Why is the ECG not available for Mexico?

Do any one know why the ECG is not available for Mexico? Or how I can set it up in my Watch? Thanks

Your country needs to approve it’s use first . The ECG app is currently available only in certain countries and regions. Learn where the ECG app is available.

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.
