Irritating issue on MBP M1 trackpad

Dear All,

As I'm not a native English speaker and the situation I encounter is weird, I'll try to explain it as best as I can do.

This issue happens occasionally, either the laptop is on battery or plugged in, doesn't matter.

It happens for a while (around 2-10 seconds) and disappears.

The problem is, when I use the trackpad, sometimes it feels like tickling my fingertip (or like touching a sandpaper), it is like a very little electric shock, not hurting but discomforting. It mainly happens at the same area of trackpad. (where usually my right hand point finger hovers, I uploaded a picture shows the area in red square).

Hope you may help me to solve this issue.

Kind regards.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

I guess this happens because of a problem in the haptic feedback, as we all know, it vibrates the trackpad surface on each click to generate a mock-up click feeling.
I also contacted to Apple Support regarding to this issue and instead telling me that the glass is not conductive, they advised me to take the computer to an Apple store for check/repair in case of an electric problem.
This is the only computer I have and because of my work, I have to use it everyday so I wondered if anyone else faced the same issue and maybe found a solution without taking the computer to repair.

You can turn off hepatic feedback...

No disrespect was intended.

There are two hypothetical ways the trackpad could injure you:

If it gave you electric shocks

If it leached chemicals into your skin.

Because it is made of INERT and non-conductive glass, neither of these mechanisms is possible

That leaves only INJURY to your fingertips as possible means for inflicting pain. I recommend you switch to a different kind of mouse, that does not require you to scrub your fingertips on a surface, and allow your fingers to heal.

Your Medical Doctor should be consulted fi the pain does not subside very quickly..

The trackpad is not injuring me.

This issue is not happening always or on everywhere of the trackpad. It just occasionally happens and always at the exact area which I added as a picture.

I guess this happens because of a problem in the haptic feedback, as we all know, it vibrates the trackpad surface on each click to generate a mock-up click feeling.
