My 11 - year - old son used my apple account to download an online game. And it used my credit card to buy items in games. This is what i didn' t expect at all. i made a refund, but the apple they refused. How do i get that money back? It' s a small amount of money for me. Thank you all very much

Sorry, but if you requested a refund and Apple denied it, there is nothing you can do as a user.

i made a successful refund once before. Next time he uses my phone to use when i' m working. I removed the existing payment method on apple store. If apple refuses to contact them, how else can i contact them? Like online chat with support workers
