I purchased few products from apple and an email says the 7 day free apple care will end on 15the March. I will only get the products at the end of March. How comes the apple care starts before receiving the product. The advertisement on the website is misleading.

The reason I ask is I never heard of 7 day trial in UK
AppleCare 12 month warranty should start from activation date but if you ordered the phone through a network operator they may have activated it back at their billabong, sorry store. Free trial may be the same.
Is the trial for AppleCare+ with 2 years accidental cover?
