Do ITunes backup include photos in recycle bin?
When i backup my device, do the recycle bin photos get backup as well using iTunes?

Yes, if you do not use iCloud Photos, creating a full backup via PC (using iTunes) will backup all the pictures, including the ones in "Recently deleted" album.
If you're using iCloud Photos, use this procedure instead:--> Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support.
