Payment problems

Good afternoon!


I have two problems.


1) While trying to add funds to my AppleID I have an error 'Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed'. Could you suggest how I can resolve it?


2) Payment for the montly subscription has been marked off, but my music has disappeared from the app. What can I do to resolve it as well?
