I run the Apple hardware test in my old Mac Pro, because the computer is blocked every time after power on, and get the following error code: 4SNS/1/40000001:MAS-0.000
What is the meaning this code?

4SNS is a sensor error. Documents suggest it should be followed by T for temp sensor, or V for voltage sensor, or I for current sensor, which yours is not.
The raw value of 0.000 suggests the sensor is at its limit, which can mean it is disconnected.
