I just upgraded to new 5G Fios router. My apple tV box is not allowing me inter Connection. I can stream from my phone but can’t get into any apps through my box.

Just updated my router Fios to new 5G. I cannot get any apps throughMy apple + box now. I can stream from my phone though. Very frustrated. Any help?

Have you updated the Wi-fi connection on the Apple TV to use the new Fios router?


Go to Settings->Network and look for your new wi-fi network being provided from the Fios router and connect the Apple TV to it.

Change network settings on Apple TV - Apple Support


Or if using an ethernet cable, is it connected directly to the Fios router now?
