My iCloud account in my setting greyed out
Hi does anyone know why my iCloud account/Apple ID account is greyed out and I can’t access it when I open settings

It looks like you're connected to a VPN from the screenshot you sent. If you disable VPN settings, are you able to access iCloud settings again?
If not, you might have restrictions set up which are keeping you from accessing iCloud. To check, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If this is enabled, check the settings configured here to see if iCloud is restricted.
