What's good Database program for Monterey?

I have a new Macbook Pro 16" M1 Max computer. I am looking for a suitable data base/contact manager program to replace the older one, Bento, which is incompatible and is long out of production and no longer supported. I'm a touring musician and I use the database to track contacts, calls, booking etc. I need the ability to view the database both as a spreadsheet and in a form view. I also need to be able to keep notes of conversations etc. in one of the dialog boxes.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Here's a screen shot of the from view I have now:

Ah.. Finally found this again! Still on hold w/ Apple tech trying to re-located this post! I used Access in the past (with a PC) and found it to be extremely cumbersome and set up for massive amounts of data. Huge overkill for what I need to do. Great for massive number crunching etc, but too much for me.

I'd like something with less of a learning curve that can handle 10 k contacts or less and I really do NOT want to buy a subscription service. So far, everything I've seen seems to want a monthly fee. Not a business model that works for me.

What do your friends and colleagues use, surely you are not alone? This is where I would seek advise from people in your industry.
