What's good Database program for Monterey?

I have a new Macbook Pro 16" M1 Max computer. I am looking for a suitable data base/contact manager program to replace the older one, Bento, which is incompatible and is long out of production and no longer supported. I'm a touring musician and I use the database to track contacts, calls, booking etc. I need the ability to view the database both as a spreadsheet and in a form view. I also need to be able to keep notes of conversations etc. in one of the dialog boxes.

If you go to the App Store and have a look at Ninox Database. I've no experience of this app but it looks as if it may suit your purpose and has a 4.5/5 rating. It works with iPhone, iPad and Macs.

I've asked that question among musicians for years and no one has a good answer. Things have changed exponentially since I was last looking into this, and obviously with Monterey being so new, I figured this would be the best place to ask.

For pure power and versatility, Microsoft Access. I have Access 2019 and it works flawlessly but we also have Intel Macs so running it under VMWare Fusion is a breeze.
