Iphone 11 Pro IOS 15.3.1 intermittent issues with callers being able to hear me. I can always hear the caller. I've reset my phone and carrier options. Tried wifi calling on and off. Happens with on speaker, off speaker, and with air pod pros.

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then test with the Voice Memos app.
