I cannot change Screen Time Passcode (forgot it), even after following instructions on Apple Support, made 13 attempts?

I am trying to erase my iPhone 6s for trade-in.

iPhone 6s, iOS 15

Thanks - but it still asks for Screen Time Passcode, which I have forgotten.

Got help from an Apple Advisor - Trianna; she was fantastic, all done. Had to turn off 'Find My'.
