Notifacations on Silented calls

I have all unknown calls set to Silence, I get calls every few minutes, why do I have to see all these on my locked screen & Watch, if didn't want to have my phone ring then why would I want a notification on a locked screen from a spammer?

This needs a fix in settings in the Phone Notification, a simple red number on the Phone app would be fine, it's 20-50 calls a day, my locked screen lights up constantly, it's miserable & I'm starting to hate my iPhone's lack of customizing in Notifications.

Apple please fix this?

I can't be the only one dealing with this spam ****?
