Because I already had fitbit downloaded on my iphone and tried to do it again because I forgot (I'm old) I can not return to my normal time screen on my versa 2.
I'm guessing that you need to unpair the versa 2 (perhaps more than one instance) and then pair again. The steps should be to tap on:
Settings > Bluetooth > [versa 2 (or the ! icon associated with it)]
and then "Forget this Device".
However you may wat to contact the Fitbit Support people first. nMy wife has a Fitbit and found them very helpful.
