Illegal transaction on credit card from Apple.com/bill itunes.com
i wanna ask if a transaction is done from my credit card and i don't have an apple id so how can i find out who did transaction from credit card.

No, Apple won’t handle the credit card fraud. You need to report the fraudulent charges to the bank that issued you the credit card. They handle fraud in your account with them.
If you need assistance securing your AppleID then Apple Support can help. But Apple has nothing to do with fraudulent charges on anyone’s credit card.
