Go to the Health app/Browse/Heart/ECG, tap on one, then "Export a PDF for your doctor.” If you want to print it tap the Share icon in the upper right, then Print. You can also email it to your doctor.

Find those in the Health app, tap on them, then follow the instructions I posted. The should be easy to find because they will have a colored legend that says “atrial fibrillation"
