I'm running Safari 11.1.2 on OS X El Capitan 10.1.6 using a MacBook Pro 15" mid 2009. Of late I regularly encounter a failed to open page issue: "Safari can't open the page ... because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "..."
How do I fix this?

Hey Dominic23, now that you've given me a link to "old versions of macOS", could I go back from OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 to OS X Yosemite 10.10 and in so doing be able to use Mail again (it's useless with El Capitan)?
