Mac cannot connect to openvpn

Our user failed to connect with openvpn to the university using the standard set up procedure. Her Mac OS is Monterey 12.2.1

It is still that other Mac computers can connect with openvpn normally. The set up procedure is just the same. Is there anything different with this OS version?

We installed the openvpn client from App Store.

Please advise. Thanks a lot!

OpenVPN is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
