Volume problem

No voice at my IPad pro 10.5” . When I press the volume button there is a headphone picture . How to correct this?

Speaker randomly turns off during phone call after updating to iOS 16.2 my iPhone 10 XR now after updating the iOS whenever I use the speaker, it randomly turns off multiple times. I’ve turned off the Bluetooth and have restarted the phone. Nothing helps.
