The country of my devices

Hello. Recently I found out that country of my iCloud is Russia but I am from Ukraine. How I noticed? I had problems with my mail, social networks and decided to check what the reason is. I am terrified that because of this misunderstanding and sanctions against Russia nothing will work. Is it possible to resolve the question? are there any documents necessary that proves I am not Russian ? I would be more than happy it is resolved.
