Change country

I moved to live in another country. Fulfilled all the conditions. But I can't change the account binding to Russia. It says that contact the support service. But I can't find their email.

Anything involving accounts in Russia is going to be problematic for a while.

Many services are unavailable there as a result of international sanctions. This could affect both changing to and from Russia for your account.
