My battery goes from 90 to one percent when I shut the phone off turn it back on it’s back to 90 does anybody know what’s going on

Okay, thanks. 81% is not healthy and is to be expected in a 5½ year-old battery. Have the battery replaced and all will be well:

...Tap it to open Settings app. Then scroll down to Battery and tap it. Then tap Battery Health and tell us what the Maximum Capacity % is. If its value is only "––", let us know that.
