Can Any Monitor Be Used In Portrait Mode?

I have a Dell display (s2421nx, 24-inch, 1920x1080) that I'd like to use as a second monitor for the Mac Studio I just ordered, but I'd like to use it rotated to portrait mode. This particular display does not support portrait (pivot) according to Dell, and the stand it comes with does not pivot. I was wondering if MacOS, or the Mac Studio, support rotating a display (other than the Studio Display). Or if there is a 3rd party solution. Is this a possibility?
