The error message that appears to you tells you what to do, contact your carrier . If you contact them and it doesn't work for you. Follow the following steps ⬇️

go to Settings > cellular > mobile data network > and put the word "internet" in the fields shown in the pictures

Then turn off the cellular data and restart it!
