I pay for TV plus, why do you require an Apple device for the app?
This is sort of unbelievable. How can you not offer the app in Google store or for Windows? We are forced to use the website which you have made clear is intentionally incomplete and lacking in basic function. What's the point of that? I'm a paying subscriber. You offer to sell the product to people on other platforms yet give us an incomplete product with no warning about it and not even discounting it since it's a limited product?
I can't search, I can't resume my show, I often can't even find the show I'm already watching after scrolling through the menu for a few minutes. There is clearly a specific reason to hold those features back and also to not offer an app on non-Apple devices. Could you please tell us why for some basic transparency to paying customers? It will influence my willingness to continue supporting this company.
