You can't. Nor should you worry about it. When in the Bluetooth screen in the Settings App, your iPhone will show all nearby devices it detects over bluetooth. It just means they are nearby. You cannot alter that list in any way as is designed to show anything it can detect since it does not know what exactly you may want to connect to.


If you exist the bluetooth settings screen, then it stops looking for devices.
