Bluetooth connects then drops with latest iOS 15.3 update

My bluetooth on 2010 Porsche 997 has issues with latest IOS 15.3 update.

It connects then drops out after 30seconds.

Where is Apple at in fixing this problem?

It is quite dangerous driving without bluetooth and phone call disconnects when driving. It is distracting from driving and is also illegal.

Bluetooth since 13.1.3 Ok since last update my Bluetooth drops out on handsfree in car and my work vehicle, anyone else getting the same?

Update to ios15 on iphone 11 Since updating to ios 15 I am experiencing bluetooth connection issues, especially with apple carplay. Anyone else having these problems? Most of the time I cannot connect with my bmw idrive system. Pairing works 1 out of 5 times and the connection is not recognized the next time I step into the car.
