I reported this to iMazing yesterday (my time) and they just responded:
After having tested things from my side, I was able to reproduce the issue consistently.
I've gone ahead and created a bug report so that our developers may investigate things further and, if possible, attempt to fix it. If they are indeed able to resolve the issue, a fix will be included in a future maintenance update.
I’m just posting this to help anyone else who runs into this problem.
Thank you for posting a reply.
I don’t recall installing anything recently. I think that the last System Preferences pane addition/update/deletion was installing Witch (https://manytricks.com/witch/).
There is no such error when I open System Preferences from: → System Preferences.
I get this error only when I’m in iMazing (https://imazing.com/) → <right click on iPhone image in left-hand pane> → Select Options → Click “Change” on Automatic Backups → Click on Open Energy Preferences.
I’m guessing that you’re going to refer me to iMazing. 🥺
It would help to know what you were attempting to install.

That's a logical guess and correct. But mostly because I've never used iMazing and know nothing about it. 😎
