How can I delete the expired subscription?
You cannot delete a subscription that you have canceled.
This will disappear from your purchases after about a year.
But you can hide the subscription history, see -> Hide purchases from the App Store

You cannot. They will be removed from the list on their own after some time. Several weeks.
