where is my old itunes library?

I had a ton of music in my ITunes library and although some music (not all) has appeared on my SE, i cant get it to sync on my new ipad and cannot access it on my PC.

  1. Ensure that your iPhone and your iPad are signed into the same Apple ID
  2. On each device, open Settings ➡️ Music ➡️ Sync Library: Ensure that this is set to ON.
