Browser is highjacked, I didn't think Mac's were vulnerable like that. Can anyone help? I just ran the Etrecheckpro

There is adware in installed on the Mac.
Run EtreCheck Pro again.
Go to Security section and there should be a "Remove" button and click it.
System Preferences > Network > WiFi > Proxies
Check it and remove unfamiliar items.
