Are you sure this is music you bought from the iTunes Store and not leased with an Apple Music subscription? Music obtained with that subscription are DRM copy-protected to only play on Apple-approved devices.

let me see if am understand. You mean that me paying a monthly subscription to iTunes, the music I download are not purchased? If so then how is your playlist changed to music you pay so it can be listen to in the background of a live chat? Thank u for responding quickly.
