Apple music

Hi, so we have Apple Music. My daughter now has an Apple phone. We want her to join Apple Music family plan that we have but she isn’t in our ‘family’ on settings as her dad set the phone up. Can we add her anyway? It just says she can only be part of one family. Please help…
