Why does my IPhone 13 not work with my Honda Jazz. Now it always requires me to press "Transfer" to answer an incoming phone call and this is very dangerous as it distracts the driver from paying attention to the road

The Honda Jazz is not sold in my country (US), what model-year is it? If it is a recent model-year, it may support CarPlay:

The Honda Jazz is the US Honda Fit it’s a

2016 model. My old IPhone 5 worked up until about 4 months ago and then to make or receive a call I had to press “Transfer” on the audio screen. Local Honda Service said my phone needed to be upgraded so I bought IPhone 13 and still need to press Transfer. You also need to know I was using the phone with a Bluetooth connection
