Hello there Marsell2004,

We see you're looking for assistance with downloading the app LumaFusion to your iPad as you've been charged already, right?

With LumaFusion, it looks like iPadOS 15 is required to install this so be sure your iPad is up to date. If you see that you need to update your iPad, be sure to complete a backup of information first. For assistance with updating or backing up, check out the following steps which are found here: Update iPadOS

Update iPadOS

When you update to the latest version of iPadOS, your data and settings remain unchanged.

Before you update, set up iPad to back up automatically, or back up your iPad manually.

Update iPad manually

At any time, you can check for and install software updates.

Go to Settings  > General > Software Update.

The screen shows the currently installed version of iPadOS and whether an update is available.

To turn off automatic updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates.

If you see that you're up to date with the latest iPadOS version already, let's confirm that the purchase was made with the same Apple ID that is signed in on your iPad currently. To do this, check out the following steps. Additional steps with different devices can also be found here: See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
4. Tap Purchase History.
5. Your purchase history appears. Tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range.

Learn what to do if you don’t see the item you’re looking for or if you see unexpected charges.

If you see the charge listed on your purchase history, let us know.

Have a great day!

I’ve lost my money!
