Hair dryers and IPads (this is a panicked ipad user question)

Hi everyone, I just got a second hand Ipad 6 (i use it for zoom, Netflix, Patreon and YouTube). I recently placed my iPad somewhere while charging and saw some brown powdery stuff on it the iPad cover (looks like dirt). I didn’t know what I was thinking, but I instinctively used my wife’s hair dryer to blow off the dirt on the iPad cover (my ipad still in in the case/cover). It wasn’t long, didn’t even reach a minute at a time ( But I did turn on the hairdryer two times) The heat was initially 2, then I quickly lowered it to 1.

anyway… after that, I found out that iPads and hair dryers are a no no.. and now I am worried I may have damaged my ipad. I am scheduled to fly next week and I am worried that my ipad is damaged and may explode on the plane (yes..I am that paranoid)

how do I check if my Ipad is still okay and fine? Am I worrying too much? I kinda like using an IPad now. Its The best
