Can I pair Echo Dot with Safari?

I'm trying unsuccessfully to pair Amazon Echo Dot with Safari on MacBook Pro running Big Sur. Can anyone offer any advice please? I have managed to sort it out with my iPad without any problem. but I do not really need it for this device.

I cannot get the Echo Dot shown in the network preferences wi-fi settings. It shows my router as the preferred network (TP-Link mobile wifi).

Here is the instruction -

"Connect your computer to your Echo Dot

Go to your Wi-Fi settings on this computer and select the network of the format Amazon-XXX. It may take up to a minute to display. After connecting to Amazon-XXX, you can continue setup."

Any help will be appreciated and thank you.
