KrowD app for iPhone. Says to go to iTunes Store???

You download it by using the App Store app on your iPhone (the same way as you download all apps).

The "iTunes Store" part of their instructions at https://krowd.us/krowd-darden-app-download/ is wrong.

It’s not on the App Store tho

I don’t see it on the AppStore either did you ever found out how to download it
