iphone 11 powers off every two minutes
Why is does my iphone 11 power off every two minutes? I've done multiple hard resets and a factory reset. Still the phone powers off on its own every couple minutes.

Reading the troubleshooting steps you already performed (to no avail), it might be a hardware (battery? digitizer? other internal component?) failure, but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
